Four-Lift Automotive Assembly Mobile Robot

The triple-lift automotive assembly mobile robot is an enhanced model based on a dual-lift platform, designed for high-position assembly tasks such as front suspension assembly. It features a manned step platform with a lifting payload of up to 500 kg, meeting operators’ needs for working at height while enabling high-precision docking between the vehicle body and tooling. By combining equipment handling with human collaboration, it improves production flexibility and supports efficient and safe final assembly processes in automotive plants.
