SIASUN has delved deep into the new energy vehicle electronics industry, forming a technical system centered around advanced detection technology, automation control technology, and robot integration technology, to provide users with better system solutions for the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
Through the intelligent and digitalized creation of a OBC production line, SIASUN has achieved a large-scale operation, including multiple sections such as the H0 assembly line, A0 gluing line, testing line, and robot rotary warehouse. This encompasses a total of 195 workstations, covering intelligent warehouses, automatic assembly PCB equipment, automatic assembly equipment, bus body assembly line, gluing line, charger testing line, with an automation rate reaching 92%.
Based on the characteristics of product technology and the requirements of production pace, traditional production lines have been split into multiple standardized robot workstations. Through arrangement and combination, a flexible and intelligent workshop has been formed to meet the demand for rapid updates and iterations of electronic products.
