In the whole terminal operation, in order to complete the container plane transport work, intelligent handling equipment of the port mobile robot is essential, is an important tool to achieve the container plane transport operation. The mobile robot realizes the cross efficient unmanned operation in each operation area.
The shore bridge equipment grabs the containers from the ship and transfers them to the top of the waiting harbour robot below, which transports the containers to the yard area. During operation, as the robot needs to pass through multiple work areas, the robot is equipped with an automatic stopping function to avoid collision. During operation, the robot will realize wedge-shaped lane change according to the system calculation, which greatly provides the flexibility and passing ability of the robot operation and ensures the operation efficiency. After the mobile robot enters the interactive operation area of the yard, the yard bridge responsible for yard transfer takes the container away from the mobile robot, realizing the whole operation process. Navigation methods include inertial guidance positioning, magnetic peg positioning, RTK differential positioning, UWB positioning, laser contour positioning, vision positioning, 5G positioning technology, GPS positioning and so on. Meanwhile, the product supports multiple types of cargo loading requirements, and can carry 2x20ft containers, 2x20ft tanks, 40ft containers, and 45ft containers in a single trip respectively to meet the multiple needs of customers. The products have been exported to overseas and successfully stationed in world famous ports and put into use.
