With a lightweight design, these vehicles navigate smoothly through narrow aisles, establishing efficient connectivity between various points within the factory. The collaborative robots intelligently grasp materials in disordered states and autonomously stack them, benefiting from plug-and-play capabilities that reduce deployment time. The visual and code-free operational methods significantly reduce user complexity. This application unit not only enhances production efficiency but also automates data logging and error prevention, further advancing the level of factory automation.

Standard Vertical Tightening Workstation

SIASUN has continuously innovated and refined to establish the Standard Vertical Tightening Station through deep collaboration with a Fortune Global 500 company on the production line project for new energy vehicle onboard chargers. This workstation features high reusability, high standardization, cost savings, and traceable tightening data. The workstation includes a three-axis robot composed of three independent linear modules, integrating these modules into a coordinated motion control system with three independent control units. This setup enables functions such as point tracking and linear interpolation. Compared to other robotic systems, this self-developed robot can operate without PC-based teaching and includes touchscreen teaching functionality, greatly reducing robot debugging cycles.

SOCL Industrial Cleaning robot

Intelligent cleaning is a critical factor challenging global enterprises in their transformation towards smart manufacturing. The SOCL Industrial Cleaning Robot is tailored for industrial cleaning operations. Based on SIASUN’s self-developed industrial-grade SLAM navigation technology, the robot can rapidly map and deploy, and dynamically perceive pedestrians and obstacles to ensure its own and the surrounding environment’s safety.
