The spark plug is an important component of the ignition system of a petrol engine. The project was originally carried out by one man in a fixed station for assembly and screwing operations, another man was responsible for material turnover, handling, unpacking and delivery of parts from several stations to the spark plug assembly station. As the spark plug blanks are ceramic and relatively fragile, manual assembly will accidentally knock the product resulting in man-hours and higher part costs . On the other hand, the quality and stability of the product cannot be guaranteed, and the quality is not consistent.
