The traditional measurement method is t o use different specifications of the gage and coordinate pointing measurement for product inspection . It can only inspect the relevant contour dimension information, and cannot respond quickly to some shape and position tolerance inspection, and cannot quantify the data. Manual inspection methods have been unable to meet the technical requirements of the product and production cycle. With the popularity and application of automated three-dimensional inspection in large industrial manufacturing enterprises, the future of automated three-dimensional inspection system will help “automated three- dimensional inspection line” and “automated three-dimensional inspection workshop” construction . Through the seamless connection between the robot 3D inspection system and the assembly line, the unmanned large-scale high-efficiency intelligent inspection is truly realised, providing new possibilities for China’s intelligent manufacturing.
The detection process is subjective and dynamic, the test results depend mainly on the subjective evaluation of the inspector.
