Smart Alignment Platform

The PCBI module film peeling and fitting system consists of robotic systems, logistics conveyors, positioning tables, dedicated film-peeling machines, pneumatic systems, and control systems. It employs multi-camera positioning technology, flexible pose calculation techniques, and customized intelligent alignment platforms, enhancing the accuracy of PCBI automatic fitting to ±0.2mm, effectively addressing issues of low fitting efficiency and high breakage rates in large-sized LCD panels.

Technological Leadership

The module flipping and erecting production line primarily includes robotic systems, logistics conveyors, transfer fixtures, pneumatic systems, and control systems. This station currently achieves cycle times under 10 seconds for fitting devices and less than 15 seconds for automatic erecting equipment, with a success rate exceeding 99.8% for both fitting and erecting devices.

Increased Productivity

The automated palletizing line for flat-screen TVs off the production line is composed of robotic systems, barcode scanners, loading/unloading belt manipulators, positioning devices, horizontal packaging machines, horizontal stretch wrappers, logistic conveying systems, and pneumatic systems. Currently, this line can automatically handle palletizing and de-palletizing tasks for PPBOX products ranging from 24 inches to 55 inches, reducing worker strain, saving up to 4-5 employees, improving production efficiency, and realizing production informatization.
