MGH Truss Robot
SIASUN MGH truss robot is one of the most widely used and efficient industrial robots in the field of machining. SIASUN MGH truss robot is a standardized modular product according to market demand, which is flexible in combination, easy to install, and highly adaptable. The standard product load ranges from 1 to 1000 kg and can achieve high-speed movement(maximum speed 240 m/min) along the X-axis and double Z-axis. The X-axis of all series adopts a rectangular guide rail designed by SIASUN, which can achieve ultra-high-speed movement with driving roller bearings. Additionally, the X-axis stroke can be extended infinitely to meet user requirements. Because of modular design, all products have good interchangeability and versatility, which is convenient for installation and replacement. Our “parts supermarket” can supply the modules required by customers at any time.

Each part with the fixed function is used as a module, which can enable quick installation and easy maintenance. Theoretically, the X-axis can be extended infinitely.
The connection mode of beams and columns has been upgraded from bolting connection to fix by clamping, adapting flexibly to the distance between users’ on-site equipment.
The X-axis subassembly supported by rectangular guide rails and roller modules, has high rigidity and high environmental adaptability, which can achieve high-speed operation even with long strokes.
Customized solutions can be tailored to the customer’s site environment and process flow. Additional external axes（A-axis, C-axis） can be added, and the appropriate control system can be selected based on the customer’s usage habits.
