eavy Truck Assembly Line Mobile Robot
In recent years, with the upgrading of truck manufacturing technology, as well as the continuous pursuit of users for product quality control and production efficiency, the traditional heavy-duty truck production mode urgently needs to develop in the direction of more flexible, stable and efficient, with the transition and transformation of the intelligent production mode with mobile robots as the core. At the same time, in order to meet the new market demand, heavy truck structure is from the steel plate suspension to air suspension transition and evolution, the new and old models mixed production is also another problem that enterprises have to face, the use of mobile robots can greatly improve the system flexibility, and manufacturing execution system (MES) seamless connection, to adapt to the production tasks of a variety of models.
Ventajas
Through information linkage, the two mobile robots run synchronously and increase or decrease their speed simultaneously. The assembly robot automatically adjusts the distance between the two vehicles according to the production designation issued by the MES.
In the process of chassis and vehicle assembly line, combined with the user’s needs, SIASUN has customized the development of a mobile robot that can run synchronously with the assembly line. The mobile robot adopts the stop & go mode of operation, and runs synchronously with the assembly mobile robot under the control of the control console, which is convenient for the operators to assemble the work.
In order to adapt to the high production pace of the customer’s site, the mobile robot adopts the inductive power supply technology, relying on the inductive cable laid under the ground to achieve the power supply of the robot’s operation, without the need for additional charging operations, the mobile robot utilization rate has been greatly increased.
The whole mainline truck adopts frame design, the external dimension is optimized to the smallest, which can minimize the influence on the fitting work, avoid blocking the fitting position, and also greatly reduce the occupancy rate of the assembly space on the customer’s site; the overall bearing capacity is improved by the design of the frame structure within the limited dimensions; and the strong driving ability expands the space for the customer’s development of new products in the later stage.
