The line is an assembly and testing production line for new energy drive motors （hybrid） designed and manufactured for customers. As a “turnkey” project, it covers the latest technology of new energy electric drive (hybrid), and the design integrates the design concepts of less manpower, digitalization, flexibility and modularity.

Automatic operation

the key process adopts automatic operation to ensure the quality, especially the stator and rotor assembly, using the form of robot + automatic positioning system + circlip automatic bracing mechanism + pressure displacement monitoring to ensure the quality of assembly

Test system

Test system: In the assembly process of generator and drive motor, the hybrid gearbox comprehensive test system is used to detect the values of motor components in real time. Four sets of hybrid gearbox comprehensive test system include stator on-line detection, motor static detection, motor back electromotive force detection, and motor zero test. The device supports intelligent self-test, remote fault diagnosis and online software upgrade and can automatically scan the product barcode （the barcode information and test results are corresponding）, which is stored in the built-in memory of the test system

Intelligent transfer

The materials of this project are transported from the intelligent storage warehouse by AGV, which realizes the intelligent transfer of materials. Reasonable planning of logistics routes helps to achieve the seamless connection of intelligent logistics system and production assembly system.

This production line is the first typical project of the industrial upgrading of the customer’s electric drive motor factory, which accelerates the speed of digital transformation and provides ideas for the high-quality development of subsequent electric drive motor production. By improving the degree of automation of key processes and the testing technology of key processes, the assembly efficiency and one-time pass rate are improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the flexible design provides convenience for the subsequent production line upgrade.
