Durch den intelligenten und digitalisierten Aufbau einer OBC-Produktionslinie hat SIASUN einen gro\u00df angelegten Betrieb erreicht, der mehrere Abschnitte wie die H0-Montagelinie, die A0-Klebelinie, die Testlinie und das Roboter-Drehlager umfasst. Dies umfasst insgesamt 195 Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, die intelligente Lager, automatische PCB-Montageger\u00e4te, automatische Montageger\u00e4te, eine Buskarosserie-Montagelinie, eine Klebelinie und eine Ladeger\u00e4t-Testlinie umfassen, wobei die Automatisierungsrate 92% erreicht.
Auf der Grundlage der Merkmale der Produkttechnologie und der Anforderungen an das Produktionstempo wurden die herk\u00f6mmlichen Produktionslinien in mehrere standardisierte Roboterarbeitspl\u00e4tze aufgeteilt. Durch Anordnung und Kombination ist eine flexible und intelligente Werkstatt entstanden, die der Nachfrage nach schnellen Aktualisierungen und Wiederholungen von Elektronikprodukten gerecht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
